Drive Diag. System

Essar Steel has GE make 04 nos. of 7000HP DC Motors and Drive system installed controlling the ARC Furnace of the company. We have designed drive diagnostic software that automatically capture data from drives. Software provides the result in Graph form, so that analysis will be easy for the user. It is a highly efficient Industrial solution.

Application with RS485 interfaced instruments is developed.

We have developed an application with RS485 interfaced instruments. This application is developed for Civil Engineering Testing Lab, Unique Consultancy Surat. Large numbers of instruments are connected via the network of RS485. Testing of material is done on different instrument. For one testing, application specifies on which instruments test will be carried out. When actual testing is done the application directly reads the reading from instruments specified and save it for the purpose of preparing reports.

Application with Simense PLC interfacing is developed.

We have recently completed a project with Siemense PLC interfacing for Nakoda Textile, KIM. This project aims to read large numbers of test readings of yarn from PLC, Siemense S7-200 series. Then it plots its graph with time and calculates standard deviation, average, minimum, maximum etc. and save the history.
